I ordered two sausage egg cheese croissant meals. I drove off and went to open it when I noticed not only was my croissant warm , the croissant itself was soggy, and my egg was wet, the cheese was stuck to the sausage and bread which meant one thing…. they gave me a sandwich that has been prepped and sat in the warmer for a long period of time. I called and was told to come in to get a refund . I came in and spoke with the manager and informed her of the issue. I also told her that I used to work for different fast food chains , and they’re prepping more than what they’re receiving for customers. My food should have never gotten soggy. My bag was even soaked at the bottom. The hash browns even were wet of grease. The assistant manager did honor my refund, and she was kind, and respectful, however the issue needs to get resolved , this is never acceptable to serve to customers, nor safe. That was served to my kid so it frustrated me that he wasn’t able to eat breakfast. To whomever is reading this always request fresh when ordering your food for this following reason, fast food chains have to honor that because if you don’t you aren’t promised the quality just the speed of service.

Doesn't really listen at all when you it comes to preparing ur order. I ask for this sauce I like added to my food and for some reason the cooks never put the sauce on my burger. Other than listening to customer request it's a decent place to have lunch or dinner. Food is made fresh foe the most part

I came here with my rowdy toddler boys, my 4 year old really wanted a picture on the menu but I couldn't figure out what, Anthony started pointing at pictures on the menu trying to help him. It was so sweet. He offered them toys. He called our ticket number on the intercom so I could hear it from the play room. He was so efficient and quick at his job but also kind on top of that! This BK is lucky to have him!
