I had a fantastic experience with my Wendy's mobile order tonight! Catherine was incredible, working with the speed and efficiency of five people to complete my order and others. She was impressively fast, and I hope her employer recognizes her hard work. The food was hot, fresh, and accurate—something not always easy to achieve in fast food these days. Thanks, Catherine, for making my food tonight!

Former Wendy's Shift Manager here. Back in the day, Wendy's prided themselves on quality, freshness and quick and efficient service! This was stressed during training of the employees, shift leaders and managers. All products cooked or frigerated had time expectations. If fries, nuggets, burgers, chicken etc exceeded that timeframe, it was discarded and NEVER served to customers!!! If the same products were under or over cooked, they would be discarded and NEVER served to customers!!! We have been to this location a few times in the past year. Each time, including today, we have received chicken, burgers and fries that should not have been served to customers! Condiments provided in the burgers and chicken sandwich did not cover the bun as Dave and Wendy prided the establishment in providing. Condiments generally being able to be tasted with each bite. Classic chicken sandwich had two small pickles slices. Small piece of lettuce you couldn't see beyond the edge of the bun and chicken that was dry inside and out. Burger, same experience with the condiments. Only 1 piece of bacon in the Baconator??? Fries, cold and dark in color. Tells me they don't change there oil as often as they should and they serve fries beyond it's time. Quality control and most likely management training is lacking here. What they serve to customers here shouldn't be happening no matter what time of day a customer comes in!

I was driving by and wanted a coffee. So I ordered their cold brew large with a chocolate chunk cookie. You can’t go wrong great combination!
