Ordered drive through around 5:30pm. Meat was old, and dry. I ordered two large fries and one was soggy and the other was crispy. I requested a "lettuce wrapped" burger word for word due to wheat allergies. I was given a no bun burger in a container. Dissatisfied to say the least

I went to this Wendy's to get oatmeal bars well it always a guess if they have anything ready even after and hour after they open well the the young large dark guy at the drive through window was not very friendly and the skinny mgr with glasses really did not care that food was not ready or how people act this is sad they never have anything ready and people are rude to you in the drive through

My biggest issue is with the Wendy's App but it's how the local franchise handled the issue that bothered me. I ordered breakfast at 10:20 am for the family. Walked in at 10:35 and was told it was too late to get the breakfast. I was unaware that they don't start the order until you check in at the location. There was nothing warning me to get there before 10:30am. The local Wendy's has no control of this and can not process a refund...you have to do it through the app. I have not received my refund and they do not make it easy to request a refund. My issue with the local Wendy's is they could have acknowledged that I was inconvenienced and offer to make a regular menu substitution or at least apologize. It was simply "We can't make that." ,"We can't do a refund, you have to go through the app." This is a training issue not the individual employees. They need to let the staff know that even if they can't correct an issue, they should at least apologize and be more helpful in resolution. So I am out $25 and Wendy's is out the hundreds of dollars I spend there a year. All they had to do is say sorry the app wasn't clear in it's instructions and here is the best way to get your refund from the app.
