First stop at Culver's. Burger [double swiss cheese and mushrooms] was very good, tasted like beef and not just the texture. Good crisp around the edges. Crinkle cut fries were very good, no picture because I was driving and they didn't last long enough

This is My first time going to Culver's, I was visiting Phoenix, Arizona from Sacramento, California. Passed by here on the evening of Sunday March 16th, 2025. I ordered a Triple Bacon Deluxe Cheeseburger with no tomato, large fries, and a large drink. I also ordered onion rings, four sourdough melt cheeseburgers, two crinkle cut fries, and a concrete mixer with cookie dough and marshmallow creme for the other people that I was with. I used the name "David" for My order. The service was pretty good. Culver's was on My mind when I was visiting Phoenix, Arizona. I also noticed that Culver's is a lot different than In-N-Out. Also, I'm suprised that they don't have receipts to print out, it is just a sticker with a number for the order.

Food is okay at best. Staff seems very clique orientated which gives an overall unpleasant vibe. Staff seems like they are miserable beyond all comprehension. Management treats those they don't like like trash. I've known peope that worked there. That's why they are always hiring the franchise owner really needs secret shoppers and reused buns and mayonnaise left to sit out un chilled and open is disgusting Culvers talks about quality but this store is everything but that.
