Keely was amazing! She went the extra mile when she didn’t need to. Her manager, K (Keniel, Kaniel? I’m so sorry for the spelling) was also really great! I had made a mistake on my order and they were able to accommodate me even when I was the one that made a mistake.

So I Love Sonics. But this Store Needs Some Employee Training in Every Position. Customer Service Needs Improvement. My Mozzarella Sticks and Footlong Coney was Cold and Hard. The Dirty Doctor Pepper Varies Each Shift. And The Cashier Was Rude Over Gratuity.
