This store surprised me. I went over there because I realized I could order my food on the app without using my card. When I got there and ordered they told me the -50% drinks are only online. Plus there seemed to be a bit of a difference on the price verses the online amount. The guy whom took my order told me it was an online special only. I was sad as I am a budget cause I just moved. I was trying to get their quarter pound burger special today as well. Plus a med cheese tot. The order taker was nice enough to send my drink anyway. He must have heard the sadness in my voice lol! Thank you guys. I would have done the same thing for a guest. I also work in food and I am a leader. Thank you guys for treating me well. I appreciate it. I was able to get what I wanted and had gotten it at a great price! Plus the gentleman whom took delivered my food was very nice and helpful too! He was prompt and got me condiments. I was very taken back by all of this. Faith restored.

I come here all the time on my lunch break cuz I work around the corner and I just paid $5 for three onion rings that are so burnt I can't eat them I'm confused why three burnt onion rings cost almost $5 and it took almost 15 minutes to get to my car I'm very disappointed I come here almost every day and I'm debating whether I should come back ever again because the past few weeks I don't know who you have working there but it's been very decline in service and product quality

Placed an order at 6:55pm for pickup at 7:20pm. Arrived at 7:30pm and checked in on the app. I waited until 7:50pm no food or drinks. Pressed the button and waited another few minutes no response so I called the store. I told them what happened and that I had been waiting for 20 minutes he said they'd be right out. So they come out and hand me my food and my slushies. My food is cold and my slushies are melted. At this point I just left because I was tired of waiting. Not the first time I've had issues at this sonic. Will not be returning to this location again.
