Excellent customer service!!!! Order 2 of the special, see special supposed to come with 4 sandwiches, but they gave me 2 sandwiches. Online order. When I got back to the store, they offered me the full refund and apology. Great service, I ordered from this store at least 10 times or more before, never had issues with my order. Thank you for excellent customer service

The lady tending drive thru was very nice. Food came out fast and fresh. Really fresh. The fries and onion rings were just out of the fryer. The smash burger was outstanding. Jumbo jack was just as good. Fresh, soft buns, cold veggies, hot fresh burgers. The best Jack in the Box we have been to. Go to this location if you get a chance. Phenomenal

Honestly they need to work on executing order out completely because I ask for a spicy chicken burger and got pure bun no chicken patty. I work 16 hrs and I don’t make this kinds of mistakes at my night shifts. Plus I tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up the phone. They need to do better
