This is worst location I’ve ever been too. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. Left me and ignored me in drive through after skipping me multiple times. Then when I drove up to the window to tell them they acted like I was wrong and needed to go through line again. I’m a disabled veteran and this situation was very hard to deal with. Not once did anyone not even two managers apologize or act like they had any empathy for my situation that they caused. Instead they called police on me because I wanted to wait for my food in regular line like everyone else. I don’t know if it’s because I am a minority or because they seen my us army veteran stickers on car but I highly recommend don’t come to this location. There is another location in surprise ran 10 times better. They need new management and fast.

Our first visit ever to a Chick-fil-A was 2 weeks ago. We had the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was just a bit bigger than a slider and tasted okay. The 8, yes 8, waffle fries were undercooked and spongy. The lemonade was fabulous. Overall, it was quite disappointing considering all the hype. Perhaps it was just a bad day.

Awesome as always! We love this company. Probably the best tasting chicken, and best made salads in this type industry. Their staff is always pleasant and thankful that you walk through the door. Incredible managing philosophy!
