I just want to thank Heather, the manager at this restaurant. She is always kind and very willing to help and make things right. Just want her to know it is appreciated. Thank you. Tonight (2/2/25) my husband went and got some potato wedges that they didn't have available at a different restaurant, she didn't have to make it right, we called to see if they were selling them because the other restaurant said NO restaurants were selling them, but it turned out that it wasn't true and we had already paid for them, and she offered to make them for us even though we had paid for them at a different restaurant. I know it's isn't something they do, so I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us and understanding us. I think I'll just make this store our regular even if it's a it farther.

Those employees tonight were awesome. Working their butts off. I ordered 14 tacos, no lettuce, got no complaints. They were made in great timing. Customer service was perfect. It was busy too, not just me up there in drive thru. They tasted great. Give these employees some props. I work in a kitchen. I know how big orders can be tough on a busy night. Spectacular service. Thank you guys!!!

My partner and I stopped by on our way home from morning errands. We opted to put in a mobile order because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and wanted to make things easier for the staff. While placing my order, there was an error and I had to check out twice (my bag was still there, so I assumed it didn't go through). The employees inside told me when I picked it up that it had gone through twice and they cancelled the other one. I was so grateful! Then when we got home, almost everything in our order had something wrong with it. We ordered two breakfast jacks - neither of them had any meat. We ordered two 5+$ croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches. Neither of them had any sausage. How the hell do you send out four breakfast sandwiches without any meat in them and not even let the customer know if you're out of meat or something? I work in retail so I would literally understand if they didn't have it and we placed an online order so they have to fulfil it. They were able to tell me that my order got double -placed, but they were willing to let me leave missing effectively all of the meat from everything but my burger? We will not be coming back to this location.
