We are DoorDash and we eat at various different Jack-in-the-Box. This is by far one of the greatest ones that we’ve been to. Everyone was super friendly. They all look like they know their job together super fast. The food is steaming hot super fresh yummy yummy. Chicken tater melt was so bomb!

Always takes a long time just to get asked what the order is. The guy doing the burgers seems to be doing the work of 2 people but still takes very long to get anything if you come best chance to get served is drive through even though I’ve came late and been told a couple of times they only take DoorDash orders at the time

Beautiful location. Terribly slow service for absolutely no reason. It’s one thing to wait 15 min. With only 2 cars but the fact my food was cold actually nerved me. 😂 look I get it it’s not all that serious but you gotta think the manager at least cares enough to make sure 1.food is fresh 2. Get the cars out. Then do whatever it is you call “working” harsh but it’s the darn truth I see too much of this service here in the valley.
