This place is actually the best. I don't even particularly like Jack in the box food, but everyone here is so so incredibly nice. The staff here really make the difference and have kept me coming here when I get done with my night shifts. Give those hard working drive thru employees a raise fr

Went for lunch and the service was incredible. Sabrina was very helpful by taking orders, cleaning the dining area, and taking people’s trash all at the same time. We already thought about leaving a tip, but then when an older lady was having some health issues the staff rushed to help her by giving her water, food, and walking her to her seat. The lady reached in her purse and was told that they were covering it. At that moment we knew we HAD to tip them. And while Sabrina was mostly helping that lady, the rest of the staff picked up doing everything else with taking meals out to those waiting outside for pickup, and taking orders up front. Overall the service is the most above and beyond I’ve ever seen.

Odered via drivethru I Asked for a 3 taco combo well done, and when I pulled off, I noticed grease all over my seat. i took tacos out of bag, taco were hours old and soggy due to grease, they went out of the window, combo was a med fries and received a portion that was laughable. And of course there was no receipt or else I wouldve called them out to corporate with a refund, it was on 9/5 545pm I'll never eat here again at this location ill post photos as well
