My family and I went through the drive through, we were shorted one item. No problem it looks like teenagers are running the place so I'm giving grace. I'm then questioned about the item repeatedly, to the point that I'm feeling like they suspect I'm trying to steal. I asked for the manager and she was polite but mentioned that people try this all the time, but how about learning not to screw up orders rather than being accusatory, or put an adult in charge that knows how to speak to other adults.

Went to order $70 worth of food and received rude service. I wanted sonic size meals with route 44 drinks and guy debated me and only let me order large. He said there is no such size. Then I give a $1 tip to get utensils and a stack of napkins and I got 5 napkins and no utensils. Got home and the tater tots are old as heck and cold, drinks are small, coney dog was upside down in container, burgers were wrong. This is the 4th time at varied times with this location that they were rude and messed up the order and smashed all the food into two bags. DO NOT GO HERE. I have given them multiple chances and they do not care. Very rude every time as well as very slow even when no one is there. Just go somewhere else. The Sonic on Bell Reems is way better. Worth the drive.

I ordered an Oreo shake with maybe one oreo in it. They acted very annoyed when I asked for more oreos. Dairy queen is where it’s at Sonic shakes are lame and so is their customer service.
