They almost always mess up my order. Sometimes I catch it before I leave the area, but most times I forget to check. Since they’re a 10 min drive I usually have to just deal with customer service app for fixes. Finally reviewing because today my chicken sandwich had no chicken… like how do you mess that up??

I placed an order in drive through on Monday night Sept 16th around 8pm. In order 3 Biggie Bags for my kids, when I got home, I realized they didn’t put two order of the nuggets nor an order of fries that comes with the meal. I called the Wendy’s to inform them about the missing items and the woman who answered the phone told me she knew for sure the items were in the bag and was adamant that the items was in the bag and basically as if I was lying. I’m definitely insulted that I would get that negative energy and response due to a mistake they made. These are the items that were in the bag.

Wendy’s you can do better on the quality. Instead of where’s the beef…where’s the lettuce 🥬😂
