I was in the town for corporate training and stayed at the Omni hotel. This place was a 2 minute walk from my hotel. During my one week stay, I visited the place 3 times. Each time I was very satisfied with customer service. I usually get Grilled Chicken Nuggets & Kale Crunch Salad for lunch & dinner.

Can’t believe this manager felt it necessary to pull out this ridiculously loud floor cleaning machine at 12 noon in middle of the Saturday lunch rush. It was so loud you couldn’t even talk to people at your table. The whole restaurant was annoyed. Why not do this after hours or at least when you’re not busy? Good grief. Pushed this thing all around for 10+ minutes.

I wanted to bring up an issue I’ve been experiencing with mobile orders. When I place an order ahead of time and select “I’m near the location,” I expect the order to be prepared so I can pick it up quickly. However, I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my order is marked as “ready” in the app, but when I arrive, it’s not actually ready. Instead, I end up waiting through most of my break or lunch period for my food. It seems like orders are being removed from the screen before they’re truly ready, likely to improve reported completion times. While I understand the importance of meeting service time goals, this practice negatively impacts customers who rely on mobile ordering for efficiency. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed so that the system reflects when orders are genuinely ready for pickup. Thank you for your time, and I hope this can be improved.
