As a Canadian flying in, this was my first stop and I was so thankful. Prices were good. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Food was perfect. It wasn't like the usual sloppy lazy food at some fast food places. This place cares and they gave us a hat! Thank you so much for the welcome to Arizona!

Same great experience I've come to expect from In-N-Out. Shout-out to Ellington for getting me set. I review alot of In-N-Outs, normally I get animal fries but I'm glad I didn't this time. It let me to the ELECTRIC ketchup fountain! No pump! Comment and let me know, is this standard at all locations now? Cause that's a future I want to be a part of.

I wasn't impressed by food or service. Line was long (15 min), service was slow (15-20 min) but I was hungry, food was average, order was made with mistakes, had to replace it. Total disappointment. I am out of state so I wanted to taste something ppl speak highly of but it wasn't worth it.
