Update: I received a call and was offered a replacement meal. Told go in and provide my name when I was next nearby. Go back to be told by the manager who makes those calls that I was lying. She didn't have a record of calling me, but was going to give it to me anyways... I did have the record and shared it with her. Nobody gave me anything except discrimination and hassle. I ordered a lesser meal than my first by the way, while you made me wait 5 minutes to confirm that you couldn't find the call it took me moments to find without having the number provided to me. I double down on my original statement. AVOID HERE This jack in the box is trash and Corporate should know that they don't hand out receipts so you can't give pointed feedback. How my food came out the window cold I'll not understand. My bread was hard like a rock on my sandwich and the fries were hours old and hadn't even been under a heat lamp. Fire them all and start over. They couldn't even get my order right at the drive thru it took forever and me yelling for them to get it. AVOID HERE

Not bad. One lady that always works the drive thru at lunch will always rush you and interrupt you when ordering.

food was alright. but service was very bad. do these guys understand a lick of english? I asked them for a meal and they put without my drink. Definitely a one off.
