I got to say the place is much improved with this night manager the employees and the manager Lindsay and Eden both are wonderful best customer service I've had in a long time and the food is awesome too and the specials in the app you can't beat it clean what more can I say other than I recommend this all day. 💪🏼😎👍🏼Thanks Chad

I usually love sonic but this one has let me down many times. Literally only half of the stalls even work. This last time I ordered a shake and they put basically no whip cream and it was completely melted. When I asked about it the worker Kaitlin told me that it was standard when I could very easily tell that it wasn’t, and that it was supposed to be melted; and overall was very rude about it.

New to the area and decided to try out what is now my local sonic. Upon getting there mind you this is honestly probably about the 3rd time I’ve ever even been to a sonic. I visited on 1/2/25 a bit later at night. Upon placing my order I couldn’t help but notice a mid height girl I think her name was Katelyn doing a lot at once. As someone who works in fast food I understand how stressful rushes can be. At the same time she was talking the drinks for all these orders she was also running them out to cars. That can be a lot at once. The person who took my order was a taller lady with long black hair who honestly sounded completely done with the day. Seemed less than thrilled that she had to go to work or maybe she was having a terrible day not really sure what was going on but the tone in her voice made me feel less than welcome there. My drinks were great and the service time was fine didn’t wait too long considering the level of the rush they were having but the lady who took the order definitely didn’t want to be there or should have went to take a deep breathe. You could take she was more than unhappy and the look the the crews faces you could tell they didn’t want to be around her. I assume she is in management due to the different uniform she had on. Over all 2/5 because the service time and drinks were fine but the vibes were not immaculate.
