If I could give 0 stars I would. 5439 marina was very rude talked to me in a very rude tone she got my whole order down and when I pulled up to the window she made me re say my order again she didn’t have one thing down and then told me if I wasn’t cheese on my chillie cheese fries it would be extra.its comes naturally with it so that makes no sense and she took over 3mintues with my card and went to the back for god knows what and she does not need to be representing wiener snitchel like that and the fries were extremely cold and soggy who wants soggy cold food If you wouldn’t eat it why would I! Never will I eat at wiener snitchel again

Ordered drive thru they took my card from outside of the building to pay for my one burger. when I pulled up they handed me my card and was about to hand me my food but then pulled my food in and told me my card declined the first time so I handed it back to them to run it again and because I didn't have the money to pay for the order again it obviously declined... I asked them to print the receipt, and the receipt numbers from the person in front of me leading to my paid receipt and declined receipt doesn't add up so tomorrow corporate will be getting a phone call from me. The young man was very uncomfortable with the whole transaction and his higher up needs to be held accountable, and be trained again because she obviously doesnt know how to print receipts out to see that I paid for my order.

I've been eating at Wienerschnizel for over 50 years. It's my go-to for fast, not healthy, junk food. Love the chili dogs.
