I understand it's busy, but no one acknowledged me there at the counter. The workers were busy, but I had to ask someone if I could order a burger. Then a worker asked another worker to renew my order. I stood there as cars went through the drive thru. Just say hi and let the customer know that you are aware of their presence. Revised review because the burger was actually great, that's the most important part I guess.

The burger was good as it came out fresh & hot. The service wasn't all that as the one who took our order through the drive-thru was irritated or bothered, not too friendly at all. I mean, I know everyone has their days, but because you're having a bad day, don't take it out on the customers.

While neither of us spends a lot of time at fast food restaurants, we're both in our 60s and have been to several. We stopped at Carl's Jr. in Yuma on our way home to Phoenix from San Diego. We were both impressed at how clean this facility was. Absolutely spotless! Excellent burgers on top of that. Bianca and Andrea were working there. Both were very courteous and helpful.
