This place is absolutely disrespectful in every way that fast food chains can be. This incident happened a week ago, and at this point, I’m not just angry about the staff mixing up my order—I’m rightfully upset that they accused me of lying. They claimed they didn’t see the receipt for what they charged me in the bag and then threw random change onto the counter, telling me to "get the hell out" after I asked for a minimal refund for the original order. It only got worse when the assistant manager threatened to call the cops on me for simply saying that the receipt was in the bag and asking them to check it again. They refused to do so. If you’re like me and you’re ever treated this way in any customer service situation, my advice is to ask for a full refund and leave as quickly as possible—because this place is not worth sticking around for, even if you're hungry.
