Drive-thru customer (twice). Automated ordering at drive-thru got one order correct, the other not, and had to correct it with a live person at the window. DELICIOUS $5 meal that included a large amount of seasoned fries, chicken nuggets (seemed to be real chicken), fully loaded hamburger with the patty covering the entire bun, and dressed with tomato, lettuce, red onion and sauce. The 16oz drink... well, I chose good ol' Bargs rootbeer. For Fanta people, they only had strawberry. Excellent lunch worth well more than $5. I saw that they sometimes run a 5 for $ deal, and throw in an apple pie.

Anessa helped us at the window and was giving us attitude. We went to check on our order 20 minutes later and she still giving attitude yelled at us “your order will be out right now Dam” i understand we ordered a semi large order of sandwiches. She could have been nicer and explained they were coming out soon. Just to make you aware. No need for the attitude. Who knows how many clients she talked to that way. 2/23/25

Just your regular rallys. And thats not a bad thing whatsoever. They have that ai drive thru person now though. But once i got to the window the lady was so so nice. Food was fresh. Nothing bad to say. Thank you
