Absolutely unacceptable. I'm not one to really complain typically but this is absolutely absurd. After we spent 30 dollars WITH coupons my PREGNANT wife bites into her chicken sandwich and it's UNDERCOOKED.... HOW DO YOU UNDERCOOK CHICKEN AND SELL IT??? And in the comments I'm seeing pictures of moldy bread too????? Absolutely disgusting. I'll be calling in the morning to find out the night shift managers name and reporting it to corporate. I hate being like this but as a chef myself to serve someone moldy bread and undercooked chicken. And have your manager not catch it, something isn't right. Will NOT be returning

Visited after a fun time at the castle fun park with kids. Staffs were friendly and helpful, and the fries were fried with the order, and burgers had the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. I love using coupons at A&W.

I visited this location around 11:00 PM when it wasn’t busy, as there were no other customers. I ordered a Double Teen Burger (combo) without pickles, a Teen Burger, and a Kids’ Cheeseburger. The cashier repeated the order twice, and the correct details were displayed on the order screen. However, when I arrived home (7.2 km away), I discovered that I had received a Teen Burger combo with pickles instead of the Double Teen Burger I ordered, along with a Teen Burger and a Kids’ Cheeseburger. Not only did they get my order wrong, but I was also overcharged for a Double Teen Burger while receiving a regular Teen Burger instead. I attempted to call the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answered. Given that the staff wasn’t busy at the time, there was no reason for these mistakes. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. I don’t like writing reviews but bad services deserves a bad review.
