Not impressed… Went through the drive-thru and asked for food to be fresh. After paying they told us we would have to re-enter the line in 5 mins to pick up the food… doesn’t that defeat the purpose of fresh food? Who knows how long the line would take! We asked for the food to be brought out once done, there’s an area where we have parked many times when asking for fresh food. After a bit of back and forth and me explaining my reasoning they agreed. We had also asked for a couple ghost pepper sauces, they informed us we have to pay but this time they’d do it. We didn’t expect free sauces, but if they offered we obviously took it! Once we received our food we asked if the sauces were in the bag, after asking inside the worker told us no we have to go back in line and pay. We explained our conversation and again said we’re not going back in line, after a bit of back and forth the supervisor came out. Said we need to pay and even though the other worker said they’d give the sauces they’re not going to. She was very rude, confrontational and not willing to listen. Used phrases like “don’t lie to my face”. Very frustrating experience, could’ve been handled much differently.

Service was way too bad. Young girl on drive thru was nice, and manager came to assist her, but it looked like manager needs assistance herself. She never gave us our complete order and rudely asked us for what are you waiting for? Like you have a big screen infront of you, can’t you read from there? They charged us extra for dipping sause, I know you got 2 dips free with fries😂. Ordered burger without tomato , but they gave it with tomato and one day they forgot to give cheese sauce, the extra they charged for. It isn’t a big issue if you treat customers nicely, but the way manager treats, is like she doesn’t even know c of customer service. Store owner should at least train manger that how to treat customers. The lack of common sense and competence in that manager is sad. Looks like they hire anyone these days.

I don’t want to come off like a Karen or anything, But tonight I got two simple items. Two jbc with no sauce. I get home, they’re both slathered in sauce and the burgers were stone cold like they’ve been sitting on my kitchen counter all day. Really Wendy’s?? I know we all phone it in sometimes but common now. This is ridiculous
