This McDonald’s location stands out for its overall convenience and service, but there are a few areas for improvement. Conveniently situated, it’s easily accessible for a quick bite on the go, with ample parking space that adds to the overall ease of visiting. The restaurant is well-maintained, with clean interiors and neatly arranged seating areas, which make it a comfortable spot to dine in. The staff are generally friendly and efficient, handling orders promptly even during busy hours. The drive-thru service is fast, which is a plus for those in a hurry. The food quality is what you’d expect from McDonald’s—consistent, fresh, and prepared to standard. I particularly enjoyed the fries, which were hot and crispy, and my burger was well-assembled and tasty. However, during peak hours, the service can become slightly rushed, and there may be delays in order accuracy. For example, there were a couple of times when the sauces I requested were missing from my bag. Additionally, while the restaurant is clean, the washrooms occasionally need more frequent attention during busy periods. Overall, this McDonald’s is a reliable choice for a quick meal, offering good value for money and a pleasant dining experience. With minor improvements in order accuracy and restroom upkeep, it could easily achieve top marks.

Coquitlam's most convenient and McDonald's with the fastest service. A high volume two lane drive thru. Large parking lot and large inside seating area.

Drivethru accuracy is pretty bad. Always order the same this. BLT bagel with no egg on a plain bagel. The person(s) taking the order apparently has issue plugging in orders because half the time the screen is changing and updating like a computer bugging out. This time I received a sausage and egg bagel with cheese. The bagel was barely warm and was soft. Having a hard time figuring out how no egg= egg and cheese and sausage. To be fair, the receipt said sausage and egg bagel, but BLT bagel sounds nothing like sausage and egg bagel. Drive thru at this location is a crap shoot. Even if I had ordered this sausage and egg bagel, it was gross and barely toasted/soggy. I smothered it in ketchup to make it %5 better.
