We went to McDonald’s between 12:30 and 1 AM, even though it was advertised as 24/7, the main entrance was locked, and the staff were inside. We decided to go through the drive-thru, and they told us to wait because one car was ahead of us. It was raining, the weather was cold, and it took a long time for that one car to finish their order and leave. When we finally went back to order ice cream, they said their machine was broken, and they didn’t have any ice cream available! Next time, I’ll definitely choose another location.

Coffee is always wrong, Even when specified after the fact. Food here isn't fast whatsoever and almost nothing is fresh. I thought the face lift of the building was a good indicator of what was to come but obviously not. Don't expect much from this location unfortunately

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's the most convenient one for us but we drive 10 minutes out of our way to go to the one on North Road instead. Their burgers are greasy, the chips are always cold, the service is slow, and the staff are unfriendly. We stopped going months ago but gave them another chance this evening. But no. They're still terrible. My wife took her burger back because it was dripping with grease and the second time the beef was uncooked. Never again.
