Hurts to see the downfall of this franchise. Thought being open 24 hours would be a nice change, but since they never have chicken to order, and waiting 15-20 minutes is standard. They don’t let you sub the side of fries anymore, and the workers generally seem to dislike being there at any point. Use to be a regular spot for me, don’t think I’ll be putting myself through the hassle of their ordering anymore. Tonight they told me wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken, and they proceeded to run out again before filling my order, making me wait another 15 minutes, and avoiding interaction with me to not have to explain what happened.

This franchise is the worst one from all i visited.It is so untidy,i bought wings but after seeing this i decided not to eat them.Be aware before eating here!!!

Wow... chicken was a bit greasy but still good.... they only included enough condiments for 1 person for a 2 person combo - requested hotsauce, said it was in bag - it wasn't. The biscuit took the cake though... people eat this stuff or give to their dog instead of a bone?
