This location is consistently disappointing. Always having to pull around the corner for over 5 mins for a bagel, just for the bagel to come with almost no cream cheese. Charging $0.30 for one packet of McChicken sauce (talk about cheap!), even when ordering it as extra sauce on your McChicken burger. And more often than not getting my order wrong and are rude when you correct them. Seriously, one of the worst. Some staff are friendly, but most of them don’t care. I just go for coffee now and only when absolute have to. Would not recommend.

So many issues I’ve just posted pictures over the last few years. Mostly fish sandwiches and a few pics are from the replacements. I showed the manager these and she said filet o fish are difficult to make… What !?! Once in the drive thru, I was handed a coffee with the lid unattached and coffee went all over me, my car , and into the charging port of my new iPhone. They tried to say it was my fault at first and then they were very reluctant to give me the managers contact info. They clearly do not respect their customers. They don’t maintain even a basic level of standards with their staff.

It’s literally as if I was entering a sauna. The temperature was extremely high. I asked what was the issue they say it’s from the generator they have no control. Enter fine and left with heat exhaustion. Dizzy and a serious headache. Food wise the burger was dry as if it was heated earlier by mistake and they kept it. Nuggets is an issue I always get here. 90% of the times they are dry dry like it’s been there for hours. 8% of the time they’re dry but not as dry. 2% they’re fresh. Things need to be worked including making hairnet a mandatory thing
