I ordered grilled chicken burgers from this McDonald’s location in Delta, BC, and the experience was satisfying. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. The service was quick and efficient, with my order being prepared in a timely manner. The staff were courteous, and everything seemed to be running smoothly despite a busy environment. The grilled chicken burgers were great , meeting my expectations for a quick and tasty meal. If you’re looking for fast service and a clean spot in the area, this McDonald’s is definitely worth a stop.

Stepping into this McDonald’s location, I expected the familiar consistency the Golden Arches is known for. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a far cry from the brand's usual standards. The food was presented in a haphazard manner—burgers seemingly assembled in a rush, with cheese sliding off the bun like an afterthought. To make matters worse, the burger buns were stale around the edges, further diminishing the overall experience. The dining area itself was no better. Tables were visibly dirty and had not been cleaned in some time, with trash scattered around. To my shock, some individuals were even laying on the floors, creating a chaotic and uninviting atmosphere for guests. What truly baffled me, however, was learning that this location does not honor complimentary drink refills for dine-in customers—a staple of the McDonald’s experience. It seems this franchise has chosen to deviate from the brand's norms and impose its own rules, leaving customers frustrated. Adding insult to injury, the manager’s demeanor was outright rude when I inquired about the refill policy. Rather than addressing the concern with understanding, their dismissive attitude left a bitter taste far worse than the stale bun. I’ll be contacting corporate to seek clarity on whether this practice and approach are acceptable.

On [insert date], I placed an order that included four items, one of which was a box of chicken nuggets. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. I immediately contacted the store to resolve the issue, but the response I received was far from satisfactory. Firstly, when I called to report the missing item, the person on the phone provided a service that I found to be unprofessional. Not only was the resolution unclear, but the individual did not communicate the order code audibly, making the situation more frustrating. When I visited the store in person to show my receipt and explain the situation, the staff did not even take the time to properly listen to my concern. Instead, they reacted by criticizing me and were unwilling to address the issue. I expected better from a global brand like McDonald’s, especially in terms of customer service and professionalism. While the missing item was valued at only $8, it is not the amount but the principle of customer satisfaction and trust that is at stake. I believe that paying for an item and not receiving it constitutes a breach of trust, and the unprofessional handling of this issue only compounded my disappointment. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and resolved appropriately. I would appreciate a refund for the missing item and any necessary action taken to ensure that this type of experience is not repeated for other customers.
