Went through the drive thru around 3pm Sat. Oct 26. The service was exceptional. Polite drive thru attendant and very efficient. We had a large order and the order came organized, we'll put together and not squished or crammed in 1 bag. So impressed everything was tasty and warm, we asked for napkins, ketchup and sauces which were all in the bag. Super impressed! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick meal.

The last 3 times we've tried ordering on DoorDash, our order gets cancelled. Might as well just take the restaurant off of their if you never want to accept orders. We called to ask why it kept getting cancelled and whoever answered the phone said it was DoorDash's fault and not theirs. Based on other reviews, I'm going to guess that's a lie and they just don't want to accept the orders.

The manager and the new girl who worked late night on 2/8/25, learn how to use common sense and have morals. If you get the order wrong twice, admit your mistake and say sorry. Your egos are way too big to be working at a place like BK lol
