All the staff looked miserable and sad. I don’t blame them, they are likely on minimum wage. But they seemed overworked and management seems to be blamed.

The Golden Arches, drove thru, acquired sustenance and left. Standard burger fare, polite associates. I mean if you enjoy burgers and salty fries then this is the place to go. New in town? Surely you have a MickeyDs in your neighborhood- I'll let you in on a secret - menu is the same here... Not a knock, just a fact. Although the $1 and $2 drinks will probably draw me back throughout the summer months. For the other 9 months of the year, I mean there are multiple options for sustenance in Kamloops - choose your favorite from the bunch.

The Night Staff at this McDonald’s is so poor service and have bad customer service and have bad attitude at the DRIVE-THRU. I order my Big Arch today 30/08/2024 and I asked for this removed but sadly they removed them and also all the rest and just left me with buns and a patty. I ate cause it’s 8:50pm and I’m home after a long day and just disappointed. The guy was the one get the payment and the lady who cause us the food was full of attitude. Honestly very disappointed 😢 I got no triple cheese which I deserved. The burger was just a mess honestly. Very disappointed
