So I got a sandwich last night towards the end of the night, Deluxe sandwich. Wasn’t the greatest. I called in to let them know in a friendly manner that it wasn’t the sandwich I expected ! Staff were great about the situation. Went there today to pick up my replacement Deluxe Sandwich along with a poutine and apple pie. And let me tell you ! Above par ! Every bite from each item was superb ! Amazing staff amazing food ! Def recommended going to this location ❤️

Chicken was not fully cooked. The blood juice came out when I squeezed the meat. Too bad that this has been my favourite fast food and I was willing to wait (as I requested) for 12-15 minutes for a fresh batch.

I ordered takeout. but unfortunately, the coleslaw was spoiled. It had a sour taste and smelled off. This was disappointing as the rest of the meal was fine. Please check your food quality more carefully in the future.
