I placed an order in-store, and it was a disaster. The cashier got everything wrong: I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Fries Snack Box, but they sent me a box full of fries and onions (which I don’t eat!). On top of that, the Garlic Parmesan Whopper was dry, with no sauce at all, just terrible. To make things worse, the French Toast Stick was bland and not worth it. The only good thing was the apple pie, because everything else went straight to the trash. Super disappointing! BK in Brazil is amazing, but here it was just a terrible experience.

Poor service. Staffs while working looks and sounds unprofessional. They even talking behind their customer's back. Fries was way too salty, burgers taste dry not as the same as before, the restaurant itself is out dated. I hate coming back to this BK branch which was my favorite for a long time. But because of my bad service experience including the guy manager, I choose not to go back.

If You're a whopper fan they are great, reasonably priced, quick! Fresh and taste yummy. Have to say I was craving today burger and it didn't disappoint!
