This is truly the worst McDonald's in CANADA, the food is so sub par compared to any other location. I can have someone bring me any burger from another location in Kelowna and it's fresh , buns soft , meats cooked well , so on. The first bite of say for example a cheese burger from Kane Rd. location and I immediately know where it came from , AND THIS IS NOT A 1 OFF EXPERIENCE IT IS EVERY SINGLE TIME . Buns are stale, meat tastes like dry cardboard, the add ons like bacon, pickles , sauces cheese usually don't cover 1/3rd of the surface of the burger it can take 4 bites and not get a piece of the bacon I add to my order and open it to see its got one half strip on the corner/edge of the entire burger, presentation is like a blind man made it but with even less abilities than even that . PLUS don't EVER EVER BUY A SODA DRINK HERE , it will litterally be so watered down from the lack of them changing the syrup canisters when needed that you're pretty well drinking carbonated water with a mild almost undetectable hint of flavour again not once or twice but EVER SINGLE ORDER. I FAIL TO BE ABLE TO GRASP AT WHY YOU GUYS AT THIS LOCATION WITH THE COOKING MACHINES YOU HAVE AND CONSISTENT PRODUCT THAT ALL LOCATIONS GET CAN MAKE SUCH A MOCKERY OF THE McDonalds PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU BY HEAD OFFICE I'M SURE ON A WEEKLY BASIS. PERSONALLY ALL I CAN SAY IS SAVE YOUR MONEY IF YOU LIVE IN THE GLENMORE AREA AND DRIVE DOWN TO ORDER FROM A FEW KILOMETRES AWAY ON THE MAIN HIGHWAY AND GET YOURSELF SOME FRESH , GOOD TASTING FAST FOOD BECAUSE KANE RD. CAN'T HANDLE MAKING QUALITY PRODUCT OVER LAZINESS / SUBPAR CRAP I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE .STAY AWAY FROM THE KANE RD, McDONALDS AT ITS ABSOLUTE WORST

My biggest complaint is that if we’re waiting for food, please bring fresh food. As soon as you “park” us, we know we’re forgotten. 10-15 mins later you walk out with some items hot and the fries and one of your burgers feel like they’ve been left sitting in the bag under the heat lamp for the last 10+ minutes (at least!) I won’t get started on the Door Dash orders. 15/20 nuggets fresh and 5 are leather? Just send me the 15 and give me 25% back, please! 🙏🏼 The other 5 go straight into the garbage anyway. That’s for the company to “eat”, not me. ✌🏼

Hope some will see this!!!!!!!!! This is the worst McDees in Kelowna by far! I have stopped going here some time ago and go to all other locations with no problems. Each time I tried here I had to go to the washroom very fast afterwards! It is like they do not have good cleaning practices and or use too much cooking sprays etc. Not good, NOT RIGHT! (Feb 4 writing this).
