The drive thru was empty and they forgot my frosty. When reminded, they rushed so much I got a medium frosty's worth in a large cup when I paid for a large. I was too frustrated at that point to complain so I just left. When I got home, I realized the food was cold.

Okay Wendy’s, I know your staff is overworked and underpaid but please don’t take that out on your paying customers….. honey bbq SAUCY strips are so not saucy… and I’m pretty sure that little nugget in there shouldn’t count as a strip. Super bummed especially for how expensive these things are.

Went through the drive through and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Upon biting into it, I was greeted with not just undercooked, but cold and completely raw chicken. Beware of eating here as the risk of salmonella is clearly a possibility
