We ordered 2 teen burger set meals, 2 mama burger set meals, kid’s buddy burger meal (subbed apples for fries and apple juice for the drink) plus a side of onion rings. The cashier was extremely friendly and agreeable to all our requests! The root beer glasses were well chilled. Lettuce and tomato in the burger was super fresh, as were the buns! Patties tasted nice. Onion rings were fried crisp and not greasy. Everything was served up quick. I honestly did not expect much from A&W but they pleasantly surprised me with quality, customer service, cleanliness and price (we used coupons for the entire meal!😁) Will be back.

How could we NOT visit an A&W while visiting from the States! These are fading away in the States - and this location did not disappoint at all. Great experience. Dining at 8:30pm - nearly empty when we arrived - food was fantastic! Great tasting grass fed beef, fresh, crispy fries, and they offered a lettuce wrapped burger for my Gluten Free family members. We couldn't find anything about the toppings or condiments to dock them on! Portions and preparation were spot on and had no qualms about eating here. Tables were all clean, restrooms were as well. It's a great fast-food option if you're in the area - and that is the only reason they got a 4 out of 5 on atmosphere... If I could give a 4.5 I would.

Male employee was polite and got my food fast but female manger is super rude. She just stuck her hand out the window with my food and didn't stay a word. I said thank you and still nothing. Think she had an ear bud in speaking punjab to somone. Franchise owner should consider hiring somone else to manager their business
