Servers doing great, I like how they approach customer and being good on ready food. It's hard to find a burger franchisee service burger that well done in right warm , also fresh fries. Kudos!

Burger King is my favorite place to get burgers, but I've had some really bad experiences there. The restaurant often isn't clean, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Although they close at 11:00 pm, I've gone there as early as 9:00 pm and been told they were already closed, with staff not allowing anyone to sit down. I've never been charged for mayonnaise before, but now they want to charge extra for it, which seems ridiculous, like I’m making an unusual request. The restaurant is usually dirty, and the bathrooms are either unusable or very filthy. Because of all these issues, I've decided I won't be coming back here again.

On an early Saturday morning, I parked my car on the rooftop and hurriedly made my way down to the street level. Craving a quick breakfast, I stepped into The Burger King, only to be greeted by the sight of a construction sign at the entrance. Unaware of any ongoing activity, I proceeded inside. Despite the apparent preparations underway by the two staff members, I couldn't help but notice the lack of customary greetings when I approached the counter. Having worked in the fast-food industry myself, I understand the importance of customer service standards. It seemed that such basics were being overlooked, perhaps due to inadequate training or management oversight. Opting for a special and a small coffee, I was taken aback when a homeless individual approached me, asking for spare change and even food. While I sympathized with his plight, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease about the situation. Reflecting on the broader societal issues at play, I couldn't help but attribute some of the blame to governmental shortcomings. The decline in our communities, businesses, and overall trust can't be ignored. As my order was handed to me, I couldn't shake off the feeling that proper hygiene protocols weren't being followed. Despite its prime location, the lack of crowd could perhaps be attributed to these shortcomings.
