McDonald's on No. 2 Road in Richmond offers a consistently great experience. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and has friendly staff who are always quick to serve with a smile. The drive-thru is efficient, making it perfect for quick stops. I love their coffee and breakfast options – always fresh and tasty. The location is convenient, close to local amenities, and there's plenty of parking. Whether dining in or grabbing food on the go, the service is fast and reliable. Overall, a great McDonald's location for a satisfying meal at any time of the day!

I’ve been here three times recently, and every single time, there’s been an issue. Missing hash browns, missing milk, and the McCrispy? It looked like it was thrown together by a monkey—lettuce everywhere and sauce smeared all over the place. (It was late at night. No other customer ordering )But the worst part? The bag and burger container reeked of cheap perfume. How do you expect anyone to eat food that smells like that? Seriously, stop drowning yourselves in perfume when working with food—it’s disgusting.
