The frosty event has good cause. Helping kids in Forster home to find permanent family. Value for the money always. Fast service always at drive through. Friendly staff. Drive through has easy access.

I came the Wendy’s in Richmond today, when I asked why the hand sanitizer is empty, the waitress answered it will be provided soon, I waited at the counter for a while, I asked again when I can get hand sanitizer, she (looks like store manager) answered she will order it and maybe come tomorrow. I think it is empty for a long time, no stock? Why they operate the store so poor, they never think for the customers, everyday they clean the restaurant, no one finds no hand sanitizer in the container ? I never come here again.

ridiculous.. i usually order here a lot, but never again this time. i brought my food inside and my drink was all over my floor and the rest of my food leaving it inedible. i worked at mcdonalds for 2 years and never has this been an issue. how hard is it to get a drink tray? or warn the driver that the drink could spill? this sucks
