I recently visited Burger King and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to take my order. My food was prepared fresh and served hot, and I didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. I especially appreciated how the employees ensured my order was accurate and even checked if I needed anything else.

If I could give them zero stars, I would—they don’t even deserve one. Took one bite of my overcooked burger, and it tasted awful. The drink was just as bad, like it hadn’t been changed in months. When I complained, the staff was rude and dismissive. Absolutely gross experience—terrible food and even worse service!

We always come to this restaurant but tonight the impossible whopper wasn't fresh and tasted bad. The manager argued saying the burgers were fresh and there is no opportunity for replacement. That if anything, they can give us 2 buns only to fix our meal. I have never seen such poor customer service skills. They have lost a customer.
