I swear, every time I walk in, it smells like they are burning food in the kitchen. Sometimes, they have the doors open to get rid of the smoke. But let's not talk about that... I want to talk about the other night when I went to the drive-thru. I always tell myself to check my order before driving off since most fast food places at that hour will 90% mess up the order. Sadly, I did not. As I was driving, I took a few bites from my burger and it tasted weird. Tasted burnt. Once I got home and was fully parked in the driveway, I turned on the lights, opened my burger, and yup, burnt bread. How does an employee just let that go through... ? I feel like it's not their first time since that location always smells like they've burnt something. I was too tired to even go back there and complain. I love Burger King, but that location is usually messing up orders.

I ordered food through door dash on Sunday, October 20/2024: 1. Original Chicken Sandwich (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 5, the Sandwich was very tasty & delicious). 2. Spicy Big Fish burger (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 0, the angry sauce they added to the burger was too much which the burger disgusting). 3. Fries (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 4, the fries was tasty). 4. Chicken Fries (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 3, the chicken fries was ok).

If I could put 0 stars I would. Asked for no pickles, mustard and mayo on kids meal. They put everything in. No lettuce in the chicken sandwich but they still had it in there. The worse is how flat the chicken sandwich was. Here are pictures of our chicken sandwich. It looked like whomever prepped it purposely squished it. Never ever seen it this bad before
