I was greeted by the manager, the table and washroom were impeccable, the fries were fresh and crispy, I would come back to have a meal with family.

I ordered food through skip the dishes on Sunday, August 25/2024: 1. Crispy ranch chicken wrap (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 3, the wrap was ok). 2. Crispy flamethrower chicken wrap (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 2, the wrap was bland and tasteless and it’s not spicy. 3. Crispy chicken burger (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 1, the burger had a weird after taste). 4. Fries (on a scale of I-5, I will give it a 4). The fries was good.

Not a fan of this location and don’t feel like I got my moneys worth. I waited forever to be greeted at the counter and ordered a peanut buster parfait. The lady who finally deigned to come up to the counter didn’t look thrilled or even remotely friendly and was acting like she was doing me a favor by showing up. You don’t need to be excited and smiling but at least pretend to be polite and not be rolling your eyes. I also requested extra fudge on the side and asked the size of the serving. The lady showed me with her fingers the approximate size of the cup. I asked if I can have more. First she was confused, then said if I want more I have to buy another one. That’s fine. The problem is that they’re greedy and their portion sizes are small. I paid $1.10 for each cup and they didn’t even fill it all the way. Total cost was something like $10.50 for everything. They were skimpy with the nuts and ice cream serving as well. It’s less than other locations. Based on the attitude and service quality, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I should also add that I’m a former DQ employee so I know the ins and outs and they could have done much better. Cloverdale is better and the staff are much nicer.
