Like most East Indian run restaurants, you will have to check your receipts to confirm that you have been charged correctly. Every time that I've been served here the ladies were rude and horrible and over charge me for my food and then when you demand a receipt they either refuse to give you one or they lie to you when you show them where they overcharge you. What they do is charge you for cutlery or condiments and pocket the change, I don't usually use cash to pay but sometimes I like to let them steal from me and then catch them in the act, hoping that an embarrassing confrontation might encourage them to stop doing it to people but they usually just refuse to admit culpability and show no sign of remorse or apology. I try to stay out of Surrey all together because it's just nothing like it was when I grew up.

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Wendy’s. The food might be decent, but the way the staff is treated by the managers is unacceptable. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about their crew or customers. A restaurant should be a place where everyone feels respected, but that’s not the case here. Fix your attitude, or you’ll lose more than just a few customers!

Staff don't know how to deal with customers. Lady name Prabhjot is so rude and Wendy's should teach her customers service training once again. She doesn't have manners to deal with customers. On march 5th early morning around 2.30am, she made the wrong order once for me when I came there to exchange she denied it first and then made it after waiting so long.
