Door dashed some A&W from this location lol - today is Friday - the pop was labeled “Wednesday” flat as hell. See pic. Do you really think a pop you put in a cup two days prior to delivery would be good? Whaaaaaa seriously . You don’t have to be a cook to know that. Also fries tasted like they were made two days ago. I don’t usually leave reviews on fast food places cause why? But this one I hope they read and stop giving people old food jezzz

I’m a big A&W fan but today I was shocked when I visited Granville store. No person at counter, I waited for someone to see me and come at front counter, the staff was cold in response but the height was one lady opened some bag of meat not sure if it was chicken or something else and picked some stuff from it for frying, after that she kept that bag in freezer/cooler drawer which first she tried to close by push of her knee, it didn’t close, later she tried with her hand but bag was full may be that’s why it didn’t close and to my surprise, she left that cooler/freezer drawer open. I was in the store for about 5-7 minutes but throughout that drawer was open and unattended. To authentic my review please check cctv video around 10.05pm to 10.20pm on sep 01.

Went here today after getting a BUDDY BURGER PROMO email. Empty. When I headed to the counter, not a soul. When I saw the mug fridge was empty I knew to turn around and leave. Went to Robson St. Had to ask for a mug versrs a disposable cup ?????? For dine in ..... meal was meh... luv normal A & W menu. I'll stick to that
