I've been coming here as a regular for quite a while now. While there has been instances of delays in the order, they always did let me know beforehand. I have seen some customers waiting and getting angry for bigger orders though. That being said, I've always found the cashiers to be extremely helpful, polite and nice. They have deals on their burgers and chicken on everyday of the week except Friday. What I have in the pictures is the Tuesday special deal of Nashville Hot Billo Burger which is usually 9.49 but was 6.49 today. I've always found the washroom to be clean, the hand-wash smells pleasant. The only downside for me would be that the lighting is pretty dim. Not really a big deal if you ask me.

First time visiting Chicken World. The interior is rather bright and spacious with picnic table style seating available. Ordered the 10pc bucket with coleslaw and peri peri fries ($34.99) and added gravy (+$3). The food does take a while... we waited about 25 mins for our order. It might be wise to order ahead since it seems they don't start making the chicken until you order. We ordered half regular and half spicy (although it was difficult to visually tell which pieces were which). Oddly enough, their "bucket" doesn't actually come in a bucket. Chicken pieces came heavily coated and they seemed more crunchy rather than crispy. They thigh pieces were pretty juicy on the inside but the drumsticks seemed to be a bit drier. Some pieces seemed to have big pieces of just batter hanging off them (which might be good if you like eating crunchy batter). The spicy wasn't overly spicy. Peri peri fries had a bit of flavour to them but it's not overly noticeable.

We ordered 2 platters for pick up at weekday night. The place wasn’t busy but constant walk ins were there for pick ups and take outs. Place was not the cleanest but not dirty either. Food we got were quite tasty. Rice was good and portion size was ok. Chicken especially was quite good but we found the chicken not cooked enough. For that reason I’m giving this place a 4 stars. Blood near bone made us lose appetite though chicken tasted ok. I think the cook rushed our order and this happened.
