We went to this McDonald’s location for the first time back in the summer, as we were searching for the Collection’s Edition glass that we wanted. Food was alright. Service was not good. Staff were very confused with orders at the front and having a hard time placing orders, which was unusual as they did not have a drive through there. The place was not clean, like a typical Vancouver city location.

This is still my favorite McDonald's! While they’re dealing with some issues related to homelessness outside (which is more of a Vancouver-wide challenge), it doesn’t affect the great experience inside. The play area is fantastic for kids, and the spacious layout makes it comfortable for everyone. The service could be improved with more focus on soft skills training, but I do appreciate that they are giving opportunities to older employees

WORKERS ARE SO RUDE AND QUICKLY ANGRY. My 9 year old cousin accidentally poured ice tea instead of water and she got yelled at and forced to pay by the manager.
