Update: barely getting contacted on here 4 days after the fact. No one called like they were supposed to. I already called the number and made a complaint on that. You guys stole from me. I paid for items you never gave me. Messed up the order and were being douches on the phone after calling. Straight thieves! You pay for food or drinks and this store keeps certain things off every order or so. Nice lil scam there.

the quality of this location is failing. I had a manager lie to me on the phone offering to replace my order, only to drive back and have her decide what she was going to replace... this was after waiting over an hour for a mobile order especially after other people came in and ordered and left before we got ours. half of my family has to wait to eat this is an issue... I'll also be posting a picture of the product I received vs What it should have somewhat looked like... I've managed restaurants before and this is pathetic.

Drive thru customers beware!!! I came here cause its convenient to and after work. But I've been noticing that lately when this particular lady working the drive thru after ordering my food from the drive thru intercom the woman asks "would you like any sauces?" Where I responded "Yes, bbq sauce please" my total on the monitor screen was diffrent from when I pulled up to the window. The woman told me a diffrent new total and to my suprise is she charged me for my ONE bbq sauce, to which I noticed in the drive thru window a sign stating EXTRA Sauces are .25 extra charge. Wth? This lady is ripping of customers in plain sight, if she did it to me how many more customers is she ripping off? Upper management what's going on?!!
