I wanted to get something to eat after work so I ordered an egg roll and the southwest salad meal I went in on a drive-through and the guy told me that they had run out of sweet-and-sour. I said that’s fine when I had left I realized that they had forgotten the fries so I said let me run inside and just tell them that they had forgotten the fries, I noticed the sweet sour in the tub next to him so I asked him can I get those sweet-and-sour cause I was told that you guys ran out of some he was nice and said yes when I got home to open my salad, all I saw was lettuce and two chicken strips on top with a little bit of cheese nothing else no tomatoes no corn no nothing I felt so disrespected and even the lettuce was thrown in was less than a handful and most of it had gone bad. Restaurant, this is someone saying they do not care how we eat our meals

The food was cold, especially french fries 🍟. We didn't have to travel far to get where we're going. The time it took for our food, you would think they were making it fresh. However, we received cold food!!! 🥶

I wish DESPERATELY I could give this place negative stars. Multiple times we’ve tried to get food from here. We’re truck drivers (so obviously can’t fit our truck in the drive thru), so we rely on the lobby being open. I had called at 9pm & was informed the lobby closes at 11pm. Showed up at 9:45pm to locked doors. Tried to flag down an employee in the kitchen, and was met with direct eye contact then completely ignored. Walked to drive thru to get someone’s attention. Was ignored there as well. Called 3x, finally spoke to Eva, told her the doors were locked & drive thru unresponsive. Response was “I don’t know why no one responded, we’re here. And I don’t know why the door was locked, it does that on its own sometimes.” Those were both lazy, fishy excuses. When we walked back to our truck, we saw someone pull up, walk inside, and come back out with bags of food, and QUICKLY. Corporate needs to do an overhaul of this location. Absolutely trash customer service. Staff seems to pick and choose when they want to work. If you don’t want to deal with customers, work somewhere else. While I understand safety concerns of employees, at least have the DECENCY to say “hey, sorry, our lobby is closed. can’t serve you.” instead of being treated like stray dogs. Will happily never go here again. ❌❌❌ AVOID AVOID AVOID ❌❌❌
