Bad service. Bad food. We went to the drive-through and ordered our food. The person taking the order was short and not accommodating, although the order seemed correct when they read it back to us. This included two barbecue sauce and two sweet and sour.. The person that took the money was short with us and not nice. Once we got up to the window for our food, they simply handed us the bags, and of course we checked them. The sauces were not in there as per usual, so we asked for two barbecue and two sweet and sour. The girl handed me two of one kind and one of another and said that we need to get out of line because there's people waiting in line for their food. WHAT in the world!!!?? Very rude. So as we're leaving, my wife grabbed one of her spicy chicken nuggets and it was very old and literally petrified crunchy. I really wanted to turn around and go back to the store so bad, but we didn't. I would have been nice about it, had I gone back. I have never worked anywhere in my life where I would have gotten away with anything like that though. The whole family was disappointed and the food and poor service by multiple people.

Literally the absolute worst McDonalds you could go to, seriously. Save yourself the headache ache. I am constantly having issues here, always missing items. Even tried DoorDash and they STILL missed both of my happy meals. Got more than half of my order wrong, like who is in charge? I’ve worked fast food and this place is a joke. The only thing right on my order was the drinks. They even had the audacity to say it wasn’t on them every though the tamper seal wasn’t broken prior to me getting my food. My husband went to the restaurant in person and was met with the very lovely manager who loves to hand out attitude like it’s her job. Said the missing items weren’t on them, they even tried blaming my dasher who was kind enough to try and go back for my items. This place is not worth the time or effort

Cashiers don't want to help in the lobby. There is only one person only doing the lobby. As a group of workers cashiers, they should help each other. I stood in line because I only have cash, took 20 minutes to just pay when already did my own order in the Keon. I am not coming here anymore if they can't work as a team. And I am a regular so they lost me and my sister that goes regularly as well. Eating healthier is better either way.
