I was craving the amazing fries Checkers has but was hesitant due to climbing fast food prices. I was shocked to be able to order a combo for less than $10! I tried the Bacon Swiss double cheeseburger. Ordered it medium sized. Thought I was going to receive happy meal portions but surprisingly enough, all portions were larger than expected. The drink would be considered a large at other fast food places. The fries were spot on and the burger was huge! I couldn’t even finish the meal whereas most places leave me still hungry. Very impressive and very underrated!

I've rated Checker's before with a 5 Star rating, but apparently since then things have gone downhill. Upon receiving my soda, I inquired why it wasn't filled to the brim and looked as though someone took a #sipperooski out of it. I was told, "We can't fill it all the way because of the shape of the lids which causes the soda to come out of the top!" As far as the Cream Soda that was upcharged... Clearly you can see how much is liquid and how much is foam. After declining the drink as not being as advertised, we were given a soda in its place, but never refunded for the upcharge! 🤣 They had a $5 meal deal that they couldn't honor because they ran out of the chicken bites. In its place, we were the a single fried up chicken tender that didn't equal the quantity of chicken bites we were denied. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures, but a screenshot of substandard service is forever and priceless!

I had the greatest service from Leah! 🤗 She was so friendly and kind and her customer service was outstanding! It is rare to find a dedicated worker who takes her job seriously but she did amazing and upheld the reason why I love checkers so much!!
