5/20/2024. I immediately clicked the link and went through the survey. WHAT A GENERIC AUTO-REPLY TO MY REVIEW. No response back after I wasted my time to call the store multiple times, write this review, and then do as you requested in contacted your company further. 5/11/2024 7:48pm went to drive through, placed my order. Went to window and paid. Was told to pull around and wait by the front door and they would bring out my order. 10 minutes later it was brought out incorrectly. They went back, took a few more minutes and brought my order out. When I got home my order was still incorrect and hamburger bun was hard. When I called the store and asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on and when I tried calling back multiple times a recording stated that no one was available to take my call. Employees making $20 an hour, a little cheese burger costs almost $5, and they still can’t get an order correct. I need a manager to reach out to me and I want a refund.

I have been to this location often. it is my go to for a quick meal. My order is done correctly and the the people working are always friendly, specially Diana. I will continue to stop here for my quick order and go.

Two ladies running the kitchen and counter/drive thru. Plus super polite and attentive. Especially for a day that free food is offered. These ladies need raises ASAP
